Kevin McLane Closes in on Lacrosse Career Mark

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Boston College senior Kevin McLane scored the 100th goal of his collegiate career in a 9-8 victory over Yale on April 8. Coupled with 73 career assists, McLane now has 173 career points.
With six regular-season games remaining, he needs only eight points to surpass Jim Sullivan (Class 0f '74), and become the leading point scorer in Boston College history.
McLane a four-year standout for the Eagles, is also on the verge of setting career marks for assists and goals.
He is currently fourth on the school's all-time assist list with 73. He needs 22 assists to break the mark set by Chris O'Hara (Class of '83).
McLane is currently tied for fifth on the school's all-time goal list with 100 goals. He needs 24 more goals to break the record set by his older brother Colin (Class of '92).
