Zach Brown currently serves as the Associate Director of Athletics Facilities and Operations. In his current role, Brown oversees Conte Forum, including the Hoag Basketball Pavillion. He serves as the game manager for Volleyball, Men's Ice Hockey, Women's Ice Hockey, and Lacrosse. On football game day, Brown oversees visiting team and television operations.

Brown served as an intern with the Boston College Athletics Facilities and Operations office from 2018-19 before heading to the University of Massachusetts as Athletic Operations Assistant from 2019-20. During his time at UMass, he was the event manager for Field Hockey, Tennis, and Swim & Dive. In December 2020, he returned to Boston College as the Assistant Director, Facilities and Operations.

Originally from Newport, N.H., Brown earned his Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management from Lasell College and his Master's Degree in Sports Administration from Boston College in August 2023.
