Taylor Wenczkowski enters her first season at Boston College as an assistant coach, bringing extensive experience as both a collegiate coach and professional player.
Prior to joining Boston College, Wenczkowski spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Princeton University, where she also oversaw all aspects of player development. During her time with the Tigers, she helped lead Princeton to its first-ever ECAC Regular Season Championship and a return to the NCAA Tournament. Wenczkowski coached multiple PWHL draft picks, Patty Kazmaier Top 10 finalists, NCAA All-Americans, and All-ECAC Team selections.
In 2025, Wenczkowski was invited to serve as a guest coach at Boston Bruins Development Camp, where she led on-ice instruction for Bruins prospects and presented to the Bruins staff and prospects on player development.
Before beginning her collegiate coaching career, Wenczkowski spent four seasons playing professional hockey in Boston. She was a member of PWHL Boston (now the Boston Fleet) during the league's inaugural season, helping the team reach the Walter Cup Final. Prior to that, she spent three seasons with the Boston Pride of the NWHL/PHF, winning back-to-back Isobel Cups in 2021 and 2022. Wenczkowski scored the game-winning goal in both championship games and was named Finals MVP.
Wenczkowski's commitment to player development extends beyond the collegiate and professional levels. In 2021, she founded TW Hockey Academy, an organization focused on developing players throughout the Greater Boston area. With a vision to teach, challenge, and develop the next generation of elite hockey players, TW Hockey Academy provides a highly skilled, challenging performance-development environment centered around high-speed, game-specific skills and situations.
A standout collegiate player at the University of New Hampshire, Wenczkowski competed in the Hockey East, serving as team captain and earning Hockey East All-Star honors. She was a two-time member of the USA U18 Select Team in 2013 & 2014. Her playing career, combined with her coaching and player-development experience, provides her with a unique perspective and passion for helping athletes reach their full potential.
