Tanner Brandimarte enters his second season with the Boston College Football program as an Offensive Graduate Assistant, working closely with the Eagles’ running backs.

In 2025, with Brandimarte’s mentorship, sophomore Turbo Richard rushed for a career-best 749 yards and nine touchdowns while adding 30 receptions for 213 yards and two touchdowns as a receiver in 11 games of action. Senior Jordan McDonald appeared in all 12 games for the Eagles, totaling 397 yards and four touchdowns on the ground, and two touchdowns as a pass catcher.

Prior to arriving on The Heights, Brandimarte was a Coaching Intern with the Penn State Football program.

Before his time with the Nittany Lions, Brandimarte played defensive back at the University of Delaware (2020-23).

Originally from State College, Pa., Brandimarte graduated from Delaware in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in sport administration from Boston College.
