Lily Gardner is in her first year as the Marketing Coordinator for Boston College Athletics Sponsorships. Prior to her promotion, Gardner worked as a Marketing Intern for the department while pursuing her master's degree in Sport Administration at Boston College's Woods College of Advancing Studies.
In her role, Gardner supports all areas of activation and fulfillment for corporate partners of BC Athletics, including radio and television broadcasts, in-game promotions, hospitality, digital advertising, and social media marketing.
Before joining Boston College, she worked as the Corporate Communications Assistant for Tepper Sports & Entertainment in Charlotte. She supported media relations across the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte FC, and Bank of America Stadium, amplifying key events from community engagement initiatives to blockbuster concerts and international soccer.
Originally from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Gardner graduated from Elon University in 2023 with a degree in Strategic Communications. She currently resides in Brighton, Mass.
