Lillian Babalola is in her first year as an intern in the office of student-athlete formation and success.

In her role, she interacts with student-athletes across 32 sports. Babalola is part of a team that facilitates and carries out valuable programming targeting the personal development, career readiness, community engagement, while empowering them to achieve excellence in and out of sport.

Babalola is originally from Atlanta, Georgia where she grew up with her brother and parents and became a student-athlete herself. A four-year member of the soccer team at the University of Southern California, Babalola earned a bachelor’s degree in health and human sciences.

She is currently working to obtain a master's degree in sports administration from Boston College.
