Kristina Green is in her third year as an associate director of sports medicine - neurotrauma at Boston College. Â
As an Athletic Trainer, she primarily oversees the treatment and management of head injury cases that occur within varsity athletics at the University. Her secondary role on campus is coordinating care for the Eagle’s women’s tennis team. Â
Green has an area of clinical interest and specialty in neurotrauma pathologies with a particular passion for concussion rehabilitation and is a graduate of the CAATE accredited Neurotrauma & Spine Residency program at Boston University. She collaborates with clinicians and officials across the university to provide a cohesive concussion management plan for every patient. Â
Born and raised in Traverse City, Michigan, Kristina is a graduate of The University of Michigan where she earned a bachelor’s degree from the School of Kinesiology with a major in athletic training. After her tenure in Michigan, she moved to Boston, Mass., where she earned a master’s degree in human physiology from Boston University.Â
