Kenny Turbush is in his 13th year as associate director of programming and student development, and his 18th year at Boston College. In his current role, Turbush oversees club sports, intramurals, fitness, outdoor adventures and the youth summer camp program. Â
Kenny served as the camps, clinics and facility administrator in the Boston College Athletic Department from 2007 - 2012 where he oversaw all athletic facility scheduling and served as the camp liaison between Boston College and the City of Boston Health Department. He also served as event manager for field hockey, women's ice hockey and women's lacrosse.Â
Before starting work at Boston College Kenny served at Arizona State University as program coordinator campus recreation. Prior to Arizona, he was a graduate assistant for campus recreation at the University of Southern Mississippi. Starting out, he worked in athletics and recreation at both Ohio State University and University of North Florida.
Originally from Aquebogue, NY., Turbush graduated from Flagler College in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in sports management. He went on to earn a master’s degree in sport administration from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2005, and a master's degree in leadership & administration from Boston College in 2022.
