Dylan Jones is in his third year as assistant director of compliance for rules education & recruiting after beginning as a compliance assistant at Boston College in June 2022. Jones comes to the Heights after interning at Harvard University in the Athletics Compliance Office and the University of New England in athletic administration.

Most recently, he served as compliance intern with the Harvard University Department of Athletics, a position he had been in since August of 2021. In that position, Dylan helped coordinate and implement monitoring efforts for NCAA bylaws 13 and 17 as well as provide rules interpretations and education regarding NCAA and Ivy League rules and regulations.

Originally from Winslow, Maine, Jones earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of New England in 2020, where he played lacrosse for four years. Upon graduation, he attended the Boston College Woods College of Advancing Studies Sport Administration program where he graduated with his M.S. in May of 2022 and is currently pursuing an MBA at Boston College at the Carroll School of Management.

Before his time interning with the Harvard University Athletics Compliance Office, Dylan worked in minor league baseball and Division III athletics.
