David Jordan joined SAAS full-time in September 2022, bringing a strong foundation in academic support and student development. As an Assistant Director of Student Athlete Academic Services, Jordan oversees Men’s Basketball academics, while also working with Football. Under his guidance, Men's basketball posted a multi-year APR score of 1000 - the highest multi-year mark in program history and tied for the best score among all ACC schools during the 2025/2026 academic year.

Prior to this role, Jordan held positions across collegiate athletics and education, including Assistant Director of the Reggie Lewis Track & Athletic Center at Roxbury Community College, Graduate Assistant within SAAS at Hampton University, and Academic Mentor with Boston College (SAAS). He also served as a Teacher’s Assistant and High School Football Coach in Wayland, MA, reinforcing his commitment to student growth at every level.

Jordan earned his Bachelor of Science in Sports, Entertainment & Event Management from Johnson & Wales University, followed by a Master of Science in Sports Administration from Hampton University and a certificate in Executive Sports Leadership from Boston College. He is currently pursuing his Educational Doctoral Degree from Clark Atlanta University and is a proud member of the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., reflecting his ongoing dedication to education, leadership, and community engagement.

A Boston native, Jordan and his wife, Shauna, reside in Boston with their son, David Jordan III.
