Catherine Carbeck enters her second season with the Boston College Football program, working as the team's Head Dietitian.

Carbeck brings a unique blend of culinary and performance nutrition experience to Boston College Football. Before joining BC, she spent nearly three years as the Assistant Director of Nutrition for Notre Dame Football. Prior to her time there, Carbeck spent three seasons as a performance chef with the Denver Broncos.

She also worked with elite athletes as a performance chef at EXOS in Phoenix, AZ. Catherine holds a culinary nutrition degree from Johnson & Wales University in Denver allowing her to combine chef-level skill with evidence-based nutrition to fuel student athlete performance, recovery, and development.
