Anna Thomann joined the Boston College Athletics Department in August 2023 as a compliance intern before being promoted to graduate assistant in January 2024. She transitioned into the role of Compliance Assistant in June 2025.

Originally from Staten Island, N.Y., Thomann earned a bachelor of science degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2023. Upon graduation, she attended the Boston College Woods College of Advancing Studies Sport Administration program, where she earned her Master of Science in December 2024. While serving as a graduate assistant, Thomann also coached middle and high school track and field, working primarily with sprinters.
