In March of 2026, Abbie Griffiths joined Boston College Athletics as Associate Director of Athletics Leadership Giving. In this role, she manages a philanthropic portfolio spanning the Midwest, New Jersey, the North Shore of Massachusetts, and Southern California stewarding Boston College family and friends in support of their philanthropic interests across BC Athletics. She also serves as the fundraising liaison for the men’s and women’s tennis programs.
Prior to arriving to The Heights, Griffiths spent nearly three years with The United States Military Academy in Army West Point’s Athletic Department, serving as Assistant Director of the Army A Club before being promoted to Associate Director in April of 2025. As a front-line fundraiser, she managed a diverse portfolio of West Point alumni, family members, friends of the Academy, and military heroes, cultivating philanthropic relationships. She also played a key role in the Army A Club’s record-setting year, helping raise more than $9.7 million in unrestricted annual support and leading Giving Day efforts as the Academy’s top-performing ambassador.
Before her time at West Point, Abbie worked in Purdue University’s Athletic Department within the John Purdue Club. While at Purdue, she contributed to the More Than a Game Campaign which addressed the department’s budget shortfall during the COVID-19 pandemic, and supported a wide range of athletic events, including travel with the men’s basketball program.
A native of a small town in Northern Indiana, Griffiths graduated from Purdue University in May of 2023 on the Dean’s list with two bachelor’s degrees in marketing and general management, becoming the 23 rd member of her family to earn a degree from Purdue. She now resides just outside of Boston.
Beyond athletics, Abbie enjoys spending time on the water and loves watching any and all sporting events.
