Brooke Griffin enters her second season on the Boston College staff as an assistant coach after graduating from The University of Maryland in May 2015 where she won two National Championships playing attack for head coach Cathy Reese.Â
In here first year of coaching, she helped the Eagles make their fourth NCAA appearance in a row.
Griffin brings several accolades and a wide variety of lacrosse knowledge that will compliment Acacia Walker’s coaching on the sidelines of the Newton Campus lacrosse fields beginning in 2016.Â
Griffin was a 2015 Tewaaraton nominee, the Big 10 Attack Player of the Year and an IWLCA First Team All-American while finishing her career with 279 career points, the sixth most in Maryland history.Â
