Outdoor T&F: Did not compete. AS A JUNIOR (2012-13)
XC: 42nd place in a season best time of 26:38.0 at the New England Championships (10/7)...40th in 27:23.4 at the Brown University Rothenberg Invitational (10/19).
Indoor T&F: Finished 20th in the 3,000m (9:03.90) at the Dartmouth Relays (1/13)...posted a PR in the 3,000m at the BU Multi-Team Meet (1/17), crossing the line in 8:55.19...covered 3,000m in 8:56.32 at the BU Terrier Classic (1/25-26)...set a PR in the 5,000m (15:52.71), placing 5th at the Tufts Cupid Challenge (2/11).
Outdoor T&F: 3rd place finish at the Bridgewater State University Invitational (3/23), covering 5,000m in 15:33.13...22nd place in the 5,000m (15:44.41) at the Raleigh Relays (3/29-30)...set a PR of 15:32 in the 5,000m at the Skyhawk Invitational (4/26), good enough for 6th place.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2011-12)
XC: Did not compete.
Indoor T&F: Ran a 4:38.05 mile at the BU Terrier Classic (1/27-28)...posted a 4:34.63 mile at the BU Multi-Team Meet (1/19)...timed in 4:52.09 for the mile at the Northeastern Jay Carisella Invitational (12/3).
Outdoor T&F: Ran the 5,000-meter competition in 16:30.78 at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational (4/14)...clocked a 15:51.79 5K at the Northeastern Spring Open (3/24).
AS A FRESHMAN (2010-11)
XC: Lowered his PR with a time of 27:21 at the Mayor's Cup (10/24) ... set a PR at the New England Championship Meet (10/9), coming in at 27:28 ... made first collegiate appearance at the Williams College Invitational (9/25), finishing in 29:29.
Indoor T&F: Recorded a 2:46.68 in the 1,000-meter run at the BU Tri-Meet (1/20)...ran a 4:49.20 in the mile competition at the Jay Carisella Invitational (12/4).
Outdoor T&F: Did not compete in any meets.
BEFORE BC
Competed for Weymouth High School cross country and track and field programs ... captain of the cross country team ... earned League All-Star honors in both XC and indoor track and field ... was a Division I state qualifier in cross country.
