The following information is intended to assist fans coming to an event at Conte Forum by answering common questions with topics listed in alphabetical order. If you have further questions, please call Boston College Athletics at 617-552-GoBC.
Since it opened in October 1988, Silvio O. Conte Forum has been the heart of the Boston College Athletics program. From October through March, its main arena is the home of the Eagles' men and women's basketball and hockey teams, and some of the most thrilling sports action in Boston. The arena seats 8,606 for basketball and 7,884 for hockey, and sellouts are common during the seasons. Conte Forum also houses offices for Athletic Department staff, coaches' offices, film and conference rooms, the strength and conditioning facility, the sports medicine suite, locker rooms and equipment rooms, as well as practice and storage rooms for the Boston College Screaming Eagles Marching Band. Conte Forum is Boston College fan central, where tickets can be purchased for all BC Athletics events. The main concourse contains concession stands and souvenir shops, and the eight luxury boxes overlook both the stadium and the basketball/hockey venue.

ADA parking is issued on a first come, first served basis to individuals in possession of a state issued handicap parking placard. ADA parking is located in the Beacon Street garage, Commonwealth Avenue garage, Yawkey Athletic Center and Merkert Chemistry Building parking lots. BCPD will assist with parking ADA guests as close to Conte Forum as possible.
Accessible seating is located throughout BC facilities, with locations dependent upon the type of event and seating configuration. To purchase accessible and companion seating or exchange tickets for accessible locations, or if you have any questions about ADA seating, please contact the Ticket Office at 617-552-GoBC (4622) so we can best accommodate your needs.
There is an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) located near both the North and South entrances of Conte Forum. Mobile First Response Units also have access to AEDs on game day in the event of an emergency. Please contact the nearest event staff member if medical assistance is needed.
Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into Conte Forum. Guests will not be allowed to enter Conte Forum if they appear intoxicated. Drunk and/or disorderly behavior as well as violation of any alcohol policy will result in ejection from Conte Forum without refund and could result in the loss of season tickets.
Beer and wine is sold at designated concessions locations throughout Conte Forum. Alcohol policies are as follows:
- We ID all guests regardless of age. Guests with an out of state license may be asked to provide a second form of identification.
- Two drink maximum per identification, per transaction.
- Underage drinking is prohibited.
- Guests under the age of 21 found in possession of alcohol will be turned over to BCPD.
- Guests who are consuming alcohol and appear to be under the age of 21 must be prepared to show proper identification.
- If proper ID cannot be provided upon request, these guests will be turned over to BCPD.
- Patrons who are seen supplying alcohol to underage guest will be turned over to BCPD for ejection from the event and/or disciplinary action.
- Patrons may be refused purchase at the discretion of stadium/event staff.
- No refunds will be offered for confiscated beverages.
- Alcoholic beverages may not be taken into or removed from the stadium for any reason.
- Loyalty cards and/or Eagle Bucks may not be used on alcohol purchases.
Alumni Stadium is the home of the Boston College football team, and is adjacent to Conte Forum. Alumni Stadium is closed during home events in Conte Forum.
Animals/Pets
All animals are prohibited in Conte Forum with the exception of service animals assisting those with disabilities. We ask that all service animals be wearing their service vest upon entry into the facilities.

To expedite your entrance into the facility, we recommend not bringing bags into Conte Forum. Student Gold Pass holders are not permitted to bring any bags into Conte Forum. General guests may bring bags into the stadium but all bags will searched for prohibited items by stadium officials. The only approved bags that will be allowed into the stadium include a small clutch bag, wristlet or handheld wallet (does not exceed 8"x5"x2"), a gallon-sized CLEAR plastic zip bag (does not exceed 11"x11"), and a CLEAR plastic bag (does not exceed 12"x12"x6"). All other bags are prohibited.

Baldwin is the official mascot of Boston College.
Banners, signs and flags are not permitted in Conte Forum. Signage may not be hung or attached anywhere inside or outside of the facility and may not obstruct the view of guests.
The Boston College bookstore has merchandise stands located at Gate B and Gate C of Conte Forum. Other options include the main Bookstore located at McElroy Commons and at 21 Campanella Way.
Many officers are present on game day to ensure the safety and security of the athletes, coaches and guests. The main BCPD station is located at 21 Campanella Way.
Still cameras that do not obstruct views of the playing surface of neighboring guests are permitted. Cameras that have lenses larger than 4 inches or those with detachable lenses are not permitted in Conte Forum.

All Conte Forum Concession and merchandise stand locations accept debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and Boston College Student ID cards for payment. Please note that loyalty cards and/or Eagle Bucks may not be used on alcohol purchases.
Reverse ATM’s that convert cash to pre- paid cards can be found behind Section U in Conte Forum.
The official colors of Boston College are maroon and gold.
No outside food and/or beverages are permitted inside of Conte Forum. Stands and carts are located throughout Conte Forum. The Doug Flutie Statue is located outside on the north side of Conte Forum adjacent to Gate D of Alumni Stadium.
Eagles in the Pros are displays honoring former Boston College student-athletes that have played or are currently playing at the professional level of their respective sports. The Men's Ice Hockey display is located at the Southeast corner of the concourse. The Men's and Women's Basketball display is located at the Northeast corner of the concourse.
Elevators are located near both the North and South entrances. The elevators provide service to the concourse levels of Conte Forum, 3rd Floor Suite Ticket Holders, and the 4th floor Press Box (some stairs required for entry into the press box). The elevators do not provide service to the upper decks of the arena.
In the event that the Boston College Athletic Department determines that it is necessary to evacuate the arena, an announcement will be made by the Public Address Announcer advising fans of the need to leave the arena. Upon hearing this announcement, fans are advised to exit the arena in a calm and orderly fashion. Fans are encouraged to exit the arena via the gate printed on their ticket. The gate printed on the ticket is the closest exit to that corresponding seat location. Staff members have been trained in emergency preparedness and evacuation and will assist fans as needed.
Event Staff may be recognized by their brightly colored jackets labeled "Event Staff." Please notify the nearest event staff member if you have any questions or concerns throughout your visit. Proper behavior is expected from all of our guests. Foul/abusive language and/or rowdy behavior will not be tolerated and will be cause for ejection and/or arrest. Violators may also have their season tickets revoked. Notify the nearest Event Staff or security representative immediately if actions of this type occur near you.
Guests of Boston College are expected to:
- Sit in assigned seats to avoid inconveniencing other guests.
- Keep aisles clear at all times.
- Be prepared to show your ticket stub each time you enter your assigned seating section.
- Refrain from entering the playing surface, throwing objects, or any other actions that may prove hazardous.
- Offenders will be ejected and are subject to arrest and prosecution.
The Conte Forum First Aid room is located behind Section O on the Conte Forum concourse. Please notify a member of the event staff if you need immediate assistance. The First Aid room is staffed by BCPD EMT's and Boston College's Eagle EMS.
The Flynn Fund provides our student-athletes and coaches with the resources that are necessary to compete at the highest level of college athletics. Donations may be designated to any one of Boston College's 31 varsity programs, or you may choose to make an unrestricted gift to the Flynn Fund which gives the Director of Athletics flexibility to use the funds where they are needed the most. Gifts to Boston College earmarked for athletics qualify donors for membership in the Boston College giving societies.
Your annual investment helps fund scholarships, recruiting, facility upgrades, and operating costs. All annual gifts to Athletics are tax deductible to the extent of the law. Boston College's fiscal year runs from June 1 to May 31.

The following are the gate opening times.
- Men's Basketball
- Gates open 90 minutes prior to tip-off for premium guests which include suite holders, students and BC Hoop Club members.
- Gates open 60 minutes prior to tip-off for the general public.
- Women's Basketball
- Gates open 60 minutes prior to tip-off for all ticket holders.
- Men's Ice Hockey
- Gates open 90 minutes prior to puck-drop for premium guests which include suite holders, students and Pike's Peak members.
- Gates open 60 minutes prior to puck-drop for the general public.
All students have the option to purchase the “Gold Pass” which grants students access into home games by swiping their BC issued Student ID card. Access to all events will be on a first come first served basis until allotted student seating is filled. Please note that purchasing the Gold Pass does not guarantee a student access to the games. It simply provides the opportunity to access games. It is up to the student to make sure they arrive early enough to get into the game or accumulate enough points to get a ticket for the high demand games.
The Hall of Fame Wall is located on the west side concourse of Conte Forum. The Boston College Hall of Fame was founded by the Varsity Club in 1970 and has inducted over 400 of the finest student-athletes ever to wear the Maroon and Gold.
The Hoag Basketball Pavilion serves as the practice facility for the Boston College men's and women's basketball programs. Located at the northwest corner of Conte Forum alongside Gabelli Plaza, the Hoag Basketball Pavilion features a grand illuminated glass entrance and a new vestibule for greater energy efficiency. The new glass walls provide a significant infusion of natural light and views to and from the campus.
The comprehensive, self-contained basketball practice facility is nearly 40,000-square feet and features new player locker rooms and lounge areas, a sports medicine center, and a nutrition center exclusively for basketball student-athletes on the first floor. Upstairs, the crown jewel of the Hoag Basketball Pavilion is the renovated 10,700-square-foot practice gym.
On September 29, 2023, the Hoag Basketball Pavilion was formally dedicated among a crowd of current and former men's and women's basketball student-athletes and coaches, university leadership, faculty members, and nearly 300 invited guests. The Hoag Basketball Pavilion was made possible by a $15 million gift - the largest in BC athletics history - from University Trustee Michaela "Mikey" Hoag '86.

The MBTA is the easiest and most convenient way for visiting fans to access Boston College. Boston College can be reached by a variety of MBTA stations. The Green Line B, C, and D trains all have stops within walking distance to Conte Forum. The Riverside Station (exit 22 off Rt. 128/I95) provides ample parking and easy access from the Metro West Region via the Green line’s D train.

Media Will Call is located on the first floor at the south entrance of Conte Forum for men's/women's basketball and men's hockey. Only credentialed personnel will be allowed into the media areas. Bags of these guests will be searched and tagged upon entry. Media parking is located in the Beacon St. Garage. Please contact Athletic Communications at 617-552-3004 to request a credential and to be added to the media parking list or to receive a season-long media parking pass.
The Conte Forum Media Suite is located on the first level of the north side of Conte Forum. The Media Suite offers a working area for media with data and telephone ports and also has an adjacent area for press conferences. Media dining is available beginning two (2) hours prior to the start of the game for men's/women's basketball and men's ice hockey.
The Boston College bookstore has merchandise stands located throughout Conte Forum. Other options include the main Bookstore located at McElroy Commons and at 21 Campanella Way.
All guests will pass through the Evolv weapons detection system upon entry into the stadium allowing for efficient fan security screening.

The Boston College pep band performs pre-game, throughout selected home game, and concludes with a post-game performance and playing of the Alma Mater.
Pike's Peak is the official support organization of the Boston College men's ice hockey team. Pike's Peak was formed by members of the 1949 National Championship team to promote and support the BC hockey team. Pike's Peak functions are held in the Shea Room which is located on the South side of Conte Forum on the third floor. Please contact the men's ice hockey office at 617.552.3028 for information about joining Pike's Peak Hockey Club.
To ensure that all fans have a safe and enjoyable visit to Conte Forum for all Boston College events, the following actions are prohibited:

PLEASE NOTE: Other items that, in the judgment of the arena staff, pose a safety hazard or diminish the enjoyment of an event by other patrons shall be prohibited.
Prohibited items will not be accepted for safekeeping by Conte Forum event staff. Fans are reminded to please leave all such items secured in their vehicles. Individuals with possession of a prohibited item(s) may be denied admission to Conte Forum. When a prohibited item is discovered after a patron enters the facility, the item shall be confiscated and disposed of and the patron may be ejected from the facility, shall be denied re-entry and the ticket price will not be refunded.
The public address system is intended for spectator's information concerning the game.

Re-entry is NOT permitted into Conte Forum.
Restrooms are located throughout Conte Forum. The restrooms offer baby changing stations and are fully ADA accessible. Companion restrooms are located on the 5th floor of Conte Forum. Please see a member of the Event Staff for assistance.

Smoking is prohibited in and around Conte Forum.
The Super Hooper Club is the kids' club organization supporting the Boston College women's basketball team. Membership includes a credential which serves as a season ticket to all home games, a second credential for a guest, the opportunity to be a ball kid at a home game plus more! Please contact the women's basketball office at 617-552-4530 for information about joining the Super Hooper Club.
Tailgating is prohibited on the Boston College campus for Conte Forum events.
All guests over four (4) years of age must have a ticket for admittance to the game.

Tickets may be purchased Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Ticket Office, located inside of Conte Forum at Gate B.
Game Day Hours
All Ticket Office windows open two (2) hours prior to game time. If available, tickets can be purchased at the Ticket Office.
Student Tickets
Student Gold Passes are valid ONLY for Boston College students with a valid student ID card. Students must enter the through Gate B of Conte Forum for men's basketball and men's ice hockey events.
Lost, Stolen, Misplaced Tickets
Lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets will not be replaced.

The BC ticket website is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and allows you to:
- Purchase Tickets: Buy tickets directly from the Boston College Athletic Department when available.
- Renew Tickets: Renew your season tickets online in a matter of minutes.
- Ticket Marketplace: Buy and sell unused tickets from Boston College season ticket holders.
- Ticket Transfer: Transfer unused tickets to family and friends.
- Ticket Donate: Donate unused tickets to Boston College and help support local community members by providing them an opportunity to attend a BC football game.

Gold Pass
All students have the option to purchase the Gold Pass which grants students access into home games by showing their game ticket. Please note that purchasing the Gold Pass does not guarantee a student access to the games. It simply provides the opportunity to access games. It is up to the student to make sure they arrive early enough to get into the game.

The trophy cases are located on the East side concourse of Conte Forum. The football trophies, including Doug Flutie’s Heisman Trophy, are located in the Hajjar Family Football Museum at the Yawkey Athletic Center.
No RV’s, campers, or limousines are allowed on campus. There is no “drop-off” or “pick-up” area on campus. Parking garages have height restrictions:
- Commonwealth Ave. Garage has a clearance of 6 ft.
- Beacon St. Garage has a clearance of 7 ft.
