- Qualifications for Induction into BCVC Hall of Fame (HOF) Candidates will not be considered until five (5) years after his/her class has graduated and he/she has completed his/her professional and/or formal sports career. A candidate is defined as a former Boston College Athlete or Boston College Head Coach.
- Induction into the BCVC Hall of Fame shall be determined by the candidate’s body of accomplishments during his/her time at Boston College in the areas of athletic ability, integrity, sportsmanship, character and contribution to the athletic program and to the Boston College community in general.
- The athlete must have attended Boston College for a minimum of two academic years; any exception to this requirement would require 100% approval of the HOF Selection Committee.
- Any consideration to other individuals who do not fall into either of these categories must receive 100% of the BCVC Selection Committee for election into the BC HOF.
