AS A SENIOR (2019-20)
Alternate captain … dressed for all 36 games … earned her second career win and first of the season with a 19-save performance against Holy Cross (Jan. 31) … named the winner of The Moe Maloney Award, which is presented to the top student-athlete or team who have utilized their abilities in unselfish service to others, creating a community of caring action.
AS A JUNIOR (2018-19)
Dressed for all 39 games … earned her first career start, win and shutout at Holy Cross (Nov. 14) … made 16 saves in the conference win … became the third goaltender in the program’s modern history to earn a shutout in their first career start … a member of the Hockey East All-Academic Team and the ACC Honor Roll.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2017-18)
Dressed for all 28 games … did not make an appearance, but was Katie Burt’s back-up for three games: Nov. 22 at Harvard, Dec. 8 vs. Merrimack and Dec. 9 at Merrimack … a member of the Hockey East All-Academic Team and the ACC Honor Roll.
AS A FRESHMAN (2016-17)
Dressed for all 39 games … appeared in one game, making her collegiate debut as a substitute for Gabri Switaj against New Hampshire (Nov. 12) … made three saves in the Eagles’ 7-1 win, while allowing one goal … a member of the Hockey East All-Academic Team and the ACC Honor Roll.
BEFORE BC
Attended Newton Country Day where she was the team’s starting goaltender her freshman, sophomore and junior years before focusing on club hockey her senior season … earned All-EIL honors as a freshman and junior, with honorable mention accolades her sophomore season … was a team co-captain as a junior … helped Newton Country Day earn EIL runner-up finishes in both 2014 and 2015 … played her club hockey with East Coast Wizards Girls Juniors for Paul Kennedy, where she went 7-4-1 in 2015-16, with a 1.12 goals against average … helped the Wizards advance to the NEWJHL tournament … prior, she was a member of the East Coast Wizards' girls program under Kennedy and Scott Fusco, helping the team earn a runner-up finish at the 2013 Under-14 national championship and a place in the 2015 Under-16 national championship … in 2014-15, posted a .929 save percentage with a 1.04 GAA in 26 games played … also played soccer and lacrosse at Newton Country Day.

Molly is the middle of Sarah and Joe Barrow’s three children … has an older brother Charlie and a younger sister Maggie … enrolled in the Morrissey College of Arts & Sciences … her brother Charlie is a senior on the Holy Cross men’s hockey team in 2019-20 … her father, Joe, was a member of the Villanova men’s rowing squad … her mother Sarah Molumphy ’90 and her aunt Katie Molumphy ’87 were both members of the BC women’s tennis team … Katie was inducted to the Boston College Varsity Club Hall of Fame and was a Big East Athlete of the Decade … a member of the National Honor Society … earned Magna Cum Laude on the National Latin Exam … has a deep interest in math and sciences, and hopes to pursue a career in forensics or the medical field ... recipient of The Mingolelli Family Scholarship Fund.
