February 10, 2026 | Lacrosse
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Boston College lacrosse placed four Eagles on the initial Tewaaraton Watch List, as announced by the Foundation on Tuesday.
Shea Dolce, Shea Baker, Lydia Colasante and Marissa White represent BC on the first list of the season.
It's the second straight season Baker and Colasante were named to the list, while it's the second time for White. Dolce was one of the five finalists last season for lacrosse's preeminent award, given to the nation's top lacrosse player.
Dolce entered the season coming off a career season, where she led the nation with 203 saves and a .550 save percentage. The Darien, Conn. native is third all-time in program history with 502 stops. She became one of three goalies in school history to reach the 500-save milestone last Friday with her fourth save of the game against Northwestern.
Baker was the only player in the nation to post at least 95 draw controls, 40 caused turnovers, and 30 ground balls. The senior defender was on the top 25 Tewaaraton Watch List last season and a unanimous First-Team All-American. The Utica, N.Y. native posted six draw controls and one caused turnover in the season opener against the Wildcats.
Colasante was an All-ACC First-Team selection and an All-American last season after she finished third with a career-high 20 caused turnovers, 23 ground balls and 53 draw controls. She was named a preseason All-American by Inside Lacrosse.
White is in her first season on The Heights after spending three years with North Carolina. Playing in two seasons for UNC, she totaled  95 goals with 10 assists for 105 goals in 43 career games. White was second on the team in goals with 49 last season. In her BC debut against the Wildcats, White tied a team best with a pair of goals.
The Eagles return to action on Friday at 4 p.m. against No. 16 Notre Dame in Fish Field House.
