Women’s Hockey Tops New Hampshire, 4–1, on the Road

DURHAM, N.H. — Boston College scored four unanswered goals to earn a 4–1 victory over New Hampshire on Friday night at the Whittemore Center.
New Hampshire struck first on the power play at 10:32 of the first period, but the Eagles answered in the second. At 5:13, Olivia Maffeo finished a feed from Emily Mara and Maxim Tremblay to even the game at 1–1.
Boston College took the lead late in the third period. Maxim Tremblay scored the go-ahead goal at 16:07, finishing a setup from Sage Babey. The Eagles sealed the win with two empty-net goals in the final minutes. Madelyn Murphy added an insurance tally at 19:02, and Kate Ham closed the scoring just two seconds later at 19:04.
Senior goaltender Grace Campbell made 33 saves to earn the win as Boston College outshot New Hampshire, 47–34.
