ACC Announces 2025 Tipoff Attendees

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Sophomore guard Lily Carmody and graduate guard Kaia Henderson will represent Boston College women's basketball at the 2025 ACC Tipoff, which will be held October 6-8 at the Hilton Charlotte Uptown in Charlotte, North Carolina. The women's event will be held on Monday, October 6, and Tuesday, October 7, while the men's will begin on Tuesday, October 7, and conclude Wednesday, October 8.
BC's media session will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 9, beginning at 8:30 a.m. ACC Network will be live from the ACC Tipoff in Charlotte for two days of expansive coverage.
Carmody (Butler) and Henderson (Ohio State) are two of the 11 newcomers heading into the season. Carmody was one of two freshmen in the Big East and six in the nation to post at least post at least 200 points, 85 rebounds, 60 assists, 50 steals, and 10 blocks in a season, while Henderson spent three seasons with the Buckeyes, helping OSU win 80 games and three NCAA Tournament appearances.Â
