Women's Tennis Drops 4-1 to Virginia Tech

WEYMOUTH, Mass. – The Eagles (5-15, 1-9) hosted Virginia Tech (13-10, 2-9) Sunday afternoon for their senior day, just missing the match 4-1.
The Hokies recorded two victories across doubles to earn the point before heading to singles play. Two pairs of Eagles, Nada Dimovska and Seren Agar, Olivia Benton and Tola Glowacka, were nearly victorious at 4-4 in their respective matches, but unfortunately ended up falling 6-4.
No. 2 singles Olivia Benton recorded the lone BC victory of the afternoon going 6-4, 6-2.
Three Eagles went 1-1 in their first two sets, sending their matches into super tie-breakers. Two matches, No. 3 singles Muskan Mahajan and No. 5 singles Nadia Barteck, were left unfinished due to the clinch rule.
