Leonard Named Hockey East Co-Player of the Week

Leonard scored a hat-trick against No. 8 UMass Lowell on Friday
AMESBURY, Mass. – Sophomore Ryan Leonard was named the Hockey East Co-Player of the Week following his performance for the Eagles on Friday against No. 8 UMass Lowell.
Leonard scored a hat-trick on Friday evening, his second of the season. The sophomore netted the game-winning goal early in the first period, before completing the hat-trick with two goals in the third. Leonard now leads the country in goals (22) and game-winning goals (8).
BC heads to TD Garden on Monday evening for the 72nd Dunkin' Beanpot. The Eagles take on Northeastern at 8 p.m. and the game will be available to watch on NESN, ESPN+ and TSN+.
