
Sailing Finishes Fourth Place at ICSA Match Race Championships

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - The Boston College Sailing team raced in its final regatta this weekend, competing in the ICSA Match Race National Championship at the St. Petersburg Yacht Club in St. Petersburg, Florida. The Eagles finished fourth out of 10 teams in the two-day event.
Peter Busch served as the skipper, with Peter Joslin, James O'Gwen, Tor Svendsen, and Madeline Torrey as the crew. The team finished the Match Race National Championships with a 4-3 record. They secured wins over Stanford, Illinois, Georgetown, and Brown.
The next race Boston College competes in will be the Rose Bowl Regatta in Los Angeles, California, on January 3.
