Cloutier Named Hockey East Goaltender of the Week

The freshman helped the Eagles go 1-0-1 this past week against No. 12 Minnesota
AMESBURY, Mass. – Freshman goaltender Louka Cloutier was named the Hockey East Stop It Goaltending Goaltender of the Week, announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.
The Sherbrooke, Quebec native made his collegiate debut on Thursday night at No. 12 Minnesota, earning the win with 18 saves in a 3-1 victory for the Eagles. He followed that up with a career-best 31 saves the following night in a 2-2 tie.
Cloutier is the first Eagle to win a Hockey East weekly award this season.
BC hits the road again this weekend, traveling to RPI this Friday night for a non-conference tilt against the Engineers. Puck drop is slated for 7:00 p.m. on ESPN+ with radio coverage of the game available on WEEI 850 AM.
