Vassel and Bianchi Rise to No. 8 in Latest ITA National Doubles Rankings

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- Jake Vassel and Juan Jose Bianchi rose to No. 8 in this week's ITA National Doubles Rankings, announced today by the association. This is the first time in program history a doubles team has ranked in the Top-10.
Bianchi and Vassel have posted a 13-3 record overall, going 7-1 thus far in spring action. They earned ACC Men's Doubles Team of the Week for the week of Feb. 27 and have assisted the Eagles in winning four consecutive doubles points. The duo is coming off back-to-back Top-30 wins against Duke's No. 21 ranked doubles team and Miami's No. 27 ranked pair.
The Eagles are back in action on Thursday, Mar. 5 when they visit the University of California Santa Barbara for their last non-conference match of the year.
