Bianchi and Vassel Earn ACC Weekly Honors

The BC Duo bests No. 21 Doubles Team en route to a 2-0 Week
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The team of Juan Jose Bianchi and Jake Vassel was named the ACC Men's Doubles Team of the Week, announced by the conference this afternoon.
The duo cruised to a 6-2 victory to kick off their weekend against Southern New Hampshire University on Friday. Carrying the momentum into Saturday's matchup against No. 13 Duke, the Eagles bested the No. 21 doubles team in the country 7-5.
Bianchi and Vassel currently hold a 6-1 doubles record this season and ranked No. 28 in the ITA's most recent National Tennis Rankings. The pair ranked as high as No. 15 this year - the highest ranking in program history.
