Women’s Hockey Duo Earn Hockey East Monthly Awards

AMESBURY, Mass. – Two Boston College women's hockey players earned Hockey East monthly awards for November, as announced by the league on Wednesday afternoon.
Lauren Glaser was named the Pro Ambitions Rookie of the Month, while Grace Campbell was recognized as the Stop It Goaltending Goaltender of the Month.
The duo were instrumental for the Eagles in November, boasting a 6-2-0 record that included three wins over ranked opponents.
Glaser enjoyed a breakthrough November, leading all Hockey East players and sitting second in the country among freshmen with 10 points on three goals and seven
assists. Her seven helpers were the most of any first-year player in the NCAA. She posted three multi-point outings, including two-three point games. Two of her three goals were game-winning strikes, the second most of any player in the country last month.
Campbell played in eight games during November, posting a 6-2-0 record with a .938 saves percentage and a 1.76 goals against average. The junior opened the month with three-straight wins in a weekend sweep over Maine and a single-game victory over Merrimack. Campbell earned one shutout, making 23 saves in the 3-0 defeat of No.14 Northeastern.
