BC Athletics will use the OMP platform to assist current and future student-athletes with their mental approaches toward maximum performance
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- Optimize Mind Performance and Boston College Athletics have partnered to use OMP's new mental performance platform with BC's student-athletes and teams.
BC Athletics will use the Optimize Mind Performance platform to assist current and future student-athletes with their mental approaches toward maximum performance. Â OMP empowers sports psychologists and mental performance coaches with a comprehensive toolset, enabling them to deliver the highest level of support and performance optimization to athletes with the same efficiency as other key performance pillars.Â

Â We are excited to have the excellent content in the app, much of which is sport-specific, available to our student-athletes looking to enhance their performance," said Matthew Yellis and Catherine Raster of the Boston College Sports Counseling department.
