Eagles Sail to Program's 23rd National Championship

BC hosted the ICSA Match Race National Championship this weekend

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - The Boston College Sailing team was back in action this past weekend as they competed in the ICSA Match Race National Championship at the Seawanhaka Yacht Club in Oyster Bay, N.Y. 10 teams from all around the country competed for the coveted trophy, but it was the Eagles who pulled out the victory.

Michael Kirkman served as the skipper, while Peter Busch, Sophia Hacket, and Peter Joslin were the crew. This is Boston College's 23rd national championship and the first time they've won the ICSA Match Race National Championship since 2018.
