Baseball Earns Six Seed at ACC Championship in Durham

Eagles set for Tuesday vs. Virginia Tech and Friday vs. Clemson in Pool C competition.
DURHAM, N.C. -- The Boston College baseball team earned the six seed in next week's ACC Championship at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. The Eagles are in Pool C and scheduled to play 10th-seeded Virginia Tech on Tuesday and third-seeded Clemson Friday. Both games are set for 11 a.m. on ACC Network.
BC finished the regular season at 34-17 overall and 16-14 in the ACC. The Eagles overcame a game-one loss to Notre Dame in the final series of the season to sweep a Friday doubleheader and earn their highest seed at the ACC Championship in program history.
All-time, Boston College is 3-6 in the ACC Championship and last qualified for the postseason in 2019. The 12-seed Eagles won Pool A and reached the semifinals for the first time in program history.
