Eagles Finish 15th at the ACC Outdoor Championships

RALEIGH, N.C. – The Boston College men's track and field team placed 15th at the ACC Outdoor Championships this weekend.
It was a tightly contested battle for the team title on the men's side, with only 2.5 points separating the top four programs. Clemson emerged victorious after totaling 92 points. Florida State placed second with 91 points, followed by a third-place tie between Louisville and Virginia (89.5 points).
Freshman Damon Frabotta scored the highest finish on the men's side, placing ninth in the 400m hurdle preliminaries with a time of 52.22. Frabotta's time fell just 0.02 seconds short of the final qualifying spot. Jackson Sigalove finished shortly after, securing 18th after crossing the line at 55.77.
Max McQuide earned the next-best individual finish for the Eagles, grabbing 15th in the 400m prelims with a time of 47.83.
Steven Jackson rounded out the top finishers for BC, placing 18th in the 1500m preliminaries with a time of (3:46.37).
