Eagles Blank Babson to Cap Undefeated Weekend

BC improves to 5-1 ahead of conference opener next Friday

WALPOLE, Mass. — The Eagles got back to winning ways on Sunday afternoon, defeating Babson 7-0 for their second straight win to improve to 5-1 on the season.

The doubles teams of Juan Jose Bianchi and Jake Vassel, and Mason Fung and Anesh Jayasundera, both won their matches 6-1 to put BC up 1-0 early on. Bianchi and Mai Gao both won their singles matches in straight sets en route to the shutout.

The Eagles will begin conference play next Friday on the road at Duke.
