July 01, 2022 | Boston College Athletics
GREENSBORO, N.C. – Boston College had 436 student-athletes represented on the 2021-22 Atlantic Coast Conference Academic Honor Roll, which ranks fourth among all ACC schools. The ACC recognized more than 5,500 student-athletes for classroom excellence during the most recent academic year.
Â
The ACC Academic Honor Roll is comprised of student-athletes who participated in a varsity-level sport and registered a grade point average of 3.0 or better for the full academic year. This marks the third consecutive year in which at least 5,500 ACC student-athletes have achieved Honor Roll status.
Â
Duke led all schools with a record 632 Honor Roll student-athletes, and Notre Dame placed 522 on the list. Virginia (465), Boston College (436), North Carolina (421) and Louisville (417) each had more than 400 student-athletes earn recognition.
Â
Nine student-athletes made the ACC Honor Roll for the sixth time, including Boston College's Grant Carlson (football). All 15 ACC schools had multiple student-athletes who earned Honor Roll status for the fifth time.
