ACC Rowing Championship: Day 1 Update

CLEMSON, S.C. – The Boston College rowing team took on the first day of the ACC Rowing Championship on Friday, competing in the preliminary heats in Clemson, S.C. on Lake Hartwell.

With the results, BC's first race of the finals on Saturday will come with the 8:05 a.m. 3V8 Petite Final.

WHAT TO KNOW FOR SATURDAY
-The BC 3V8 boat took fourth in its heat and will now race at 8:05 a.m. on Saturday.
-The Eagles' V8 will race in the 1V8 Petite Final at 9:45 a.m.
-In the 2V8 heats, BC was edged out by Louisville by one-tenth of a second, and will compete in the 2V8 Petite Final at 9:20 a.m.
-The V4 will race in the 8:55 a.m. 1V4 Petite Final.
-BC's 2V4 boat finished fourth in its heat and will race in the 8:30 a.m. 2V4 Petite Final.
