Eagles Fall to Clemson in First Round of ACC Tournament

ROME, Ga. -- The Eagles fell to Clemson 4-0 in the first round of the 2022 ACC Tournament on Wednesday afternoon. Will Kasten and Matt Campbell gave the Eagles some early life in the doubles round, taking the lead in their match 6-5 before Clemson clinched the point. In the singles, Max Motlagh and Matt Campbell both powered back to force a third set, while Jake Vassel also took it to the final set before Clemson clinched the match on the other three courts.

The Eagles will look ahead to their final match this Sunday ahead of beginning preparation for the 2022-23 season.
