Eagles Place Fourth in Women's Fleet Race Regionals

BC finishes weekend with three top-five finishes across three races
BRUNSWICK, Me. -- Story The Eagles secured a top-five finish in each of their three events over the weekend, including a fourth-place finish in the NEISA Women's Fleet Race Championship. Racing up at Bowdoin to determine who would receive an automatic berth to the Fleet Race National Championships, Dartmouth and Yale finished in the top two spots, with the Eagles placing fourth behind Brown by just seven points. The rest of the national berths will be announced on May 3rd. At Connecticut College for the Thompson Trophy, the Eagles added another fourth-place finish, while they earned fifth for the Spring Oberg Trophy.Â
The Eagles will resume action next weekend with the Morris Trophy Regatta at Boston University.Â
