Pacific Coast Doubles Next For Eagles After Falling to Wake Forest and NC State

RALEIGH, N.C. -- The Eagles dropped to 3-4 after falling to Wake Forest on Saturday and N.C. State on Sunday. On Saturday against the No. 8 Demon Deacons, the doubles teams of Max Motlagh and Juan Jose Bianchi, and Oliver Worth and Will Kasten, both took four games in their matches, but Wake Forest secured the doubles point in a 7-0 win.Â
On Sunday, the No. 16 NC State Wolpack took down the Eagles 7-0. Max Motlagh reached a third set tiebreak in the first singles competition but ultimately fell to Robin Catry of NC State.Â
The Eagles will head home to prepare for the Pacific Coast Doubles next weekend.Â
