#11 Penn State Holds Off #14 Eagles, 3-2

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The #14/15 Boston College women's hockey team scored twice in the final 10 minutes of the third period and nearly found an equalizer but #11/13 Penn State was able to hang on for a 3-2 win on Friday night at Kelley Rink.
Penn State took a 2-0 lead into the first intermission and then tacked on a third score in the second period. Hannah Bilka's fourth goal of the season with six minutes to play put the Eagles on the board. Kate Ham made it a one-goal game less than three minutes later. Boston College pulled Grace Campbell for an extra attacker with a minute to play and fired off four shots but was unable to find the back of the net.
