Herrington and Milliken Sign NLI to Join Eagles
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. — Boston College volleyball is excited to announce the signing of two student-athletes who have signed their National Letter of Intent to join the Eagles in the fall of 2022.
Joining the Eagles are two middle blockers: Anna Kate Herrington of Orlando, Fla., and Grace Milliken of Lucas, Texas.
Anna Kate Herrington, MB, Orlando, Fla.
Â
Coach Kennedy on Anna: "Anna has been a standout throughout her juniors career. She has always been one of the most efficient middles in her age group and has been selected to train with some of the countries top athletes through USA Volleyball Development programs for the last several years. Her experience going against some of the best athletes in the country in this environment and playing club in one of the toughest regions in the country positions her to have an immediate impact on our roster."
Grace Milliken, MB, Lucas, Texas
Â
Coach Kennedy on Grace: "Grace is one of the more dynamic and quickest middles I've seen in her class. She is quick laterally and able to handle a good chunk of the offensive load for her teams even as a middle. Grace has continually improved each time we've seen her play and her upside as someone that can make both an offensive and defensive presence at the net should give our opponents some trouble. She's springy and her fast twitch build allows her the opportunity to play multiple positions across the net in college."
