Oeser Leads Team at ACC Championship

Eagles finish sixth overall
NOTRE DAME, Ind. - Anna Oeser earned All-ACC honors at the 2021 ACC Cross Country Championship, held at Burke Golf Course in South Bend, Ind. this morning.
Oeser crossed the finish line of the six-kilometer race in a time of 20:46.6, good for 18th place. The top 21 finishers at the ACC Championship earn all-conference honors.
Kylee Raftis was the Eagles' next runner to cross the finish line in 40th place at 21:15.1, followed by Lauren White in 57th place at 21:33.7.
Sarah Flynn (61st, 21:36.9) and Paige Carter (63rd, 21:38.1) finished out the scorers for Boston College.
Kayla Smith (64th, 21:38.3) and Katherine Mitchell (90th, 22:20.2) completed the course in the top seven for the Eagles.
Sorcha McAllister (92nd, 22:20.7), Miriam Ruoff (111th, 22:56.3), and Weronika Lewna (124th, 23:15.4) rounded out the finishers for the team.
The Eagles earned their highest team finish since 2015, finishing in sixth place overall. NC State took home the team title for the sixth consecutive year.
