Emeline Delanis Earns USTFCCCA All-America Honors

The native of Draveil, France was set to compete in the 5,000m run at the 2020 NCAA Championship
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. — Emeline Delanis earned All-America honors for the indoor track season, it was announced today by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
Delanis was set to compete in the 5,000m run at the 2020 NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championship in Albuquerque, N.M. before the meet was canceled due to the COVID-19 global pandemic.
The Draveil, France native entered the national championship seeded 15th in the 5,000m, having clocked a time of 16:03.09 at the Valentine Invitational on Feb. 15.
It marked her first All-America accolade at the Division I level. Delanis was a three-time All-America selection at the Division II level while competing at California Baptist.
