Eagles Compete at 2020 ACC Championship

Gordon Pollock crosses the finish line first for the Eagles
CARY, N.C. -- Boston College finished 14th at the 2020 ACC Cross Country Championship, held at the WakeMed Soccer Complex in Cary, N.C.
Gordon Pollock was BC's top finisher (104th), clocking 25:22.9 for the eight-kilometer course. John Wacker was the second Eagles' runner to cross the line (112th), in a time of 25:56.2
Yahya Soliman (117th, 26:11.1), Adriano Barilla (119th, 26:16.1), and Steven Jackson (120th, 26:22.1) rounded out the Boston College scorers.
Edward Tristine (121st, 26:25.8) and Erik Linden (122nd, 26:29.0) finished among BC's top seven runners.
Ben Ruffing (123rd, 26:29.9), John Carter (126th, 26:45.5), and John Seiberlich (130th, 27:39.6) completed the BC finishers.
The Eagles totaled 457 points. Notre Dame took home the 2020 ACC team title.
