
Three Selected to All-ACC Cross Country Academic Team

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Emeline Delanis, Isabelle Kennedy and Lauren White are Boston College's three members of the All-ACC Cross Country Academic Team, as announced Thursday by the ACC.
Delanis, a graduate student leadership and administration major, opened the 2019 season with a strong start, winning the UMass Invitational. She then went on to finish in 61st at the ACC Championships and 80th at the NCAA Northeast Regional, running a season-best 32:07.1.
Kennedy has been one of BC's most consistent runners. She earned All-ACC honors with an 11th-place finish at the ACC Championships and All-Northeast Region honors with a 12th-place finish at NCAA Regionals. Her time of 19:49.8 set a new PR for the sociology major. Kennedy went on to finish in 51st at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, pacing the Eagle runners.
White earned All-ACC and All-Northeast Region honors with a 17th-place finish in both the ACC Championships and NCAA Regionals, respectively. Her 19:59.8 at regionals set a new PR for the junior international studies major. She then went on to finish in 104th at the NCAA Championships, running a time of 21:16.9.
BC earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Cross Country Championships after finishing in third at the NCAA Northeast Regional, ultimately placing 20th.
