Five Eagles Named ITA Scholar-Athletes

TEMPE, Ariz. – Derek Austin, Peter Campana, Chris Grasel, Max Mendelsohn and Conor Mullins were all named Scholar-Athletes by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) on Thursday.
In order to earn ITA Scholar-Athlete status, a player must be a varsity letter winner, have a grade point average of at least 3.5 for the current academic year, and have been enrolled at their present school for at least two semesters.
Austin was previously selected to the 2019 ACC Men's Tennis All-Academic Team and earned All-ACC Third Team honors following his junior season.
