Seven Named to NFHCA National Academic Squad

Five repeat as National Academic Squad selections
GILBERT, Ariz. – Seven members of the Boston College field hockey team have been named to the 2018 Zag Field Hockey/NFCHA Division I National Academic Squad, as announced by the NFHCA Monday morning.
Seniors Frederique Haverhals, Lucy Lytle and Alyssa Olenick topped the list, along with juniors Elizabeth Warner, Brigid Wood and freshmen Sky Caron and Eva Van de Mierop. Olenick reigned in the honors each year of her career – the first Eagle to do so since Audra Hampsch (2013-16).
Wood also garnered the recognition in 2017 along with Haverhals and Lytle, who also earned the selection in 2016. Â
