Michela Agresti Invited to U.S. U-20 Training Camp

The freshman started all 18 matches for the Eagles in 2019.
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College women's soccer freshman Michela Agresti has been named to the roster for the U.S. Soccer Under-20 Training Camp, which is being held Nov. 4-10 at the U.S. Soccer National Training Center in Carson, Calif.
Agresti is coming off a 2019 season in which she logged a team-leading 1,642 minutes on the pitch for the Eagles. The defender started all 18 of BC's contest, going the full 90 minutes in 17 of them and put in three efforts of 90-plus minutes.
The Swampscott, Mass. native registered two assists on the year, with both of them coming in ACC play -- doing it against No. 5 Florida State on Sept. 19 and against Miami on Sept. 26.
Agresti, who was a member of the U.S. team that played in the 2018 FIFA Under-17 Women's World Cup in Uruguay a year ago, was previously named to the U.S. U-20 roster for three international matches in February at the La Manga Tournament in Spain.
The team continues to go through the 2019-20 cycle with the goal of qualifying for the 2020 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup.
