Carter Named ACC Men’s Freshman of the Week

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Boston College men's cross country freshman Jack Carter has been named ACC Freshman of the Week for October 16, as announced by the conference today.
Carter ran an 8k course personal best of 25:55 at the New England Championships to finish 41st out of 170 runners. The finish helped the Eagles place fifth in the field of 25 teams, improving on their 10th-place finish last year.
BC men's cross country is back for the Central Connecticut State Mini Meet on Friday, Oct. 25 in New Britain, Connecticut.
