Eagles Placed at 11 In the United Soccer Coaches Poll

BC will play at Wake Forest on Thursday at 7.
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – For the first time this season, Boston College is ranked in the Top 25 in the United Soccer Coaches Poll at No. 11 as released this afternoon. BC is one of five ACC schools in the Top 25. The Eagles (10-0-0, 2-0-0) and Washington State (8-0-0) are the only two teams in the Top 25 without a loss or tie.
The Eagles also earned a No. 14 ranking in the Top Drawer Soccer Poll that was released yesterday.
Boston College is currently on a 10-game win streak. The Eagles have defeated No. 21 ranked Texas Tech (1-0), as well as No. 7 Florida State (2-1) in the run.
This week the Eagles will hit the road for a two-game ACC road trip. BC will play at Wake Forest on Thursday night at 7, followed by a Sunday afternoon game at Clemson (1 p.m.). Both games can be seen on ACCNE.
