The Boston College women's tennis team fell in the first round of the ACC Tournament, 4-2, to Pittsburgh. Due to the weather in Cary, the match was suspended at 10:01 a.m. and moved to the Sheffield Indoor Tennis Center at Duke. Play resumed at 1 p.m.

"Very disappointing end to what otherwise was a terrific season. We just ran out of gas today. Asiya Dair playing her final college match was once again our leader on the court. She will be greatly missed,'' said head coach Nigel Bentley.

BC HIGHLIGHTS
Senior Asiya Dair defeated Gabriela Rezende, 6-1, 6-4. Dair, who is ranked 76th, finished up her BC career with a win last week in her final regular season match vs. Wake Forest. She

The Eagles other victory came in second doubles as Elene Tsokilauri and Jackie Urbinati defeated Clara Lucas and Claudia Bartolome, 6-4.
